These General Conditions regulate the use of the website of the Ituna Center for Basque Economic Agreement and Fiscal Federalism Studies, which is accessed through the URL address 500years.ituna.eus.

The improper use of these in economic transactions would constitute an infringement of the rights conferred by their registration and will be pursued by the means provided for by law.

Although, in principle, the duration of this site is indefinite, Ituna Center for Basque Economic Agreement and Fiscal Federalism Studies reserves the right to suspend or terminate the provision of some or all of its services, without having to communicate this decision in advance to its users.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These General Conditions of Use are governed by Spanish Law.

Any dispute in relation to the website of the Ituna Center for Basque Economic Agreement and Fiscal Federalism Studies will be settled before the Spanish jurisdiction, with the parties submitting to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Bilbao, and their hierarchical superiors, expressly waiving their jurisdictions if they have them and are different from those mentioned.
